From www.plainsupplies.com: When you purchase watches or wallets through our official website, there's no requirement for a physical warranty card. We take care of recording your order and warranty details in our secure database, ensuring your peace of mind.
From PLAIN SUPPLIES Partners: Similarly, when you buy watches or wallets from our authorised partners, a physical warranty card will not be provided. Instead, we kindly ask you to safeguard your purchase receipt. This receipt serves as valuable proof of purchase and warranty coverage.
Watch Warranty Information
PLAIN SUPPLIES stands behind the quality of its watches and offers a warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date, either directly from PLAIN SUPPLIES or from an authorised PLAIN SUPPLIES retailer.
During this warranty period, upon presenting proof of purchase, we will repair your product using genuine PLAIN SUPPLIES replacement parts. To avail of these warranty services, kindly send the product along with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase indicating the purchase date, to email@example.com for verification. Valid warranty services will not incur any charges for parts or labor.
For your protection against potential damage or loss during return, it is the responsibility of the customer to securely package and insure the product.
Our commitment extends to addressing issues arising from non-original materials or incorrect assembly. We reserve the right to repair or replace the watch as we see fit. However, please note that normal wear and tear, batteries*, crystals, watch cases, straps, bracelets, loss, or theft are not covered by this warranty.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
This warranty will not cover instances where:
- Damage is due to accidents, mishandling, or misuse not linked to material or workmanship defects.
- Scratches or damage to the case, crystal, bracelet, strap, or other components resulting from wear and tear or accidents.
- Moisture damage in 'water-resistant' models resulting from unauthorized opening of the watch or damaged components.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations performed by parties other than PLAIN SUPPLIES.
- Proof of purchase is not provided or verified, or if the warranty period has expired.
- Gently wipe the product using a soft cloth to eliminate dirt, grime, and sweat that may accumulate during use.
- Steer clear of contact with external substances like creams, lotions, and perfumes to preserve the strap's quality.
- Prevent scratches by avoiding abrasive contact with rough surfaces.
- Prioritize the removal of the product before bathing, sleeping, or swimming to safeguard its integrity.
- Refrain from storing the jewelry in humid environments, such as bathrooms.
- Restore the hardware's shine by utilising a polishing cloth as needed.
