No warranty card will be issued. Simply provide your email address/Order# upon enquiry. 

For all watches purchased from PLAIN SUPPLIES offline pop-up store –
Kindly retain and produce valid warranty card issued upon purchase. 

For all watches purchased from PLAIN SUPPLIES Partners –
No warranty card will be issued. Kindly retain purchase receipt as a form of warranty. 


PLAIN SUPPLIES warrants all watches of defects in materials and workmanship (except the battery cell, case and its components – {including crystal, stem, crown}, bracelet/strap and its components {claps, links, pins, screws}) for a period of one (1) year after original purchase from PLAIN SUPPLIES directly, or an authorised PLAIN SUPPLIES retailer.  

If the materials in your watch aren't the original or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. We do not cover normal wear and tear or batteries*, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss or theft.

During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired by using PLAIN SUPPLIES replacement parts. To obtain these warranty services, please take or send the issue of the product, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, to for verification.

There will be no parts or labor charge to you for valid warranty services. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended the product be securely packaged and is insured.

What the warranty does NOT cover

The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

(1) The problem is caused by damage – accidental or otherwise, rough or careless treatment while in the possession of a consumer that is not resulted by a defect in material or workmanship. 

(2) The damage is caused by an accident, misuse, or failure to follow the proper handling provisions. 

(3) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear & tear or accident.

(4) The damage caused by moisture in 'water resistant' models that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.

(5)  Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the watch by anyone other than PLAIN SUPPLIES.

(6) The proof of purchase is not presented/verified or when the warranty period has expired.
