Returns for Online Purchases
If you wish to return your order, you may return eligible PLAIN SUPPLIES items within 7 days of receiving the order for store credits, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original PLAIN SUPPLIES packaging.
Kindly note that we are not able to offer returns on items sold at a discount and/or marked-down products.
**All postage fees and costs of packing will be borne by customers. We will not be liable in cases of lost mail for returns.

Exchanges for Online Purchases
We do not accept exchanges for items purchased online directly. Instead, to start an exchange for an online purchase by mail / courier, please reach out to email@example.com and provide us with your order number or proof of purchase we'll be glad to assist you.
Exchanges for Purchases at the PLAIN SUPPLIES Lab
Items purchased at our store may be exchanged at our store within 7 days from the date of purchase with a proof of purchase (such as the physical / e-receipt). All exchanges are final. Any item in an order that is exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Condition of Item(s):
To be eligible for any return/ exchange, the item(s) must be in its original purchase condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, unmarked, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
We do not provide refunds for orders in the form of cash or via your original payment method.
