Do I need an account to purchase?

By creating an account with us, it enables you to keep track of your purchase history, payment status and also saves you time from having to fill in your address details for every order you place with us. Alternatively, we do allow Guest Checkout. 

All of our customers' personal particulars and information are kept confidential. 

What are your payment methods?

We accept Internet Banking (i-banking), ATM Bank Transfers, Paypal and all credit card payments.
*NOTE: All payments are to be made within 24hours from the confirmation of order.

Can I change my order?

We aim to ship your orders within 1 working day. However, if you want to make any changes, contact us at here. We are unable to guarantee if we could change your order, however if we get back to you before we ship your order, we can still arrange for changes.

SHOP

I would like to try on the item before I purchase. Is there anywhere I can go to?

We do host pop-up stores at bazaars from time to time – Follow us on our Facebook/Instagram for first-hand details! Alternatively, you may wish to find out more about our partners, where you can find selected PLAIN SUPPLIES products at their brick and mortar stores!

Do your provide Self-Collection/Cash-on-Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not provide this service at the moment. You might wish to opt for Courier Delivery should you prefer to have your items reach you ASAP.

WARRANTY

Warranty by PLAIN SUPPLIES

All watches purchased from PLAIN SUPPLIES are covered with 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Bracelets however, does not come with a warranty. The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. Battery and wear & tear of the straps are not covered under warranty. Kindly contact us at contact@plainsupplies.com for any warranty issues. 

DEFECTS

I have received a defective/incorrect item.

We apologise for the mistake! Kind contact us here, so that we can rectify the issue immediately.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I would like to Return/Exchange my item.

Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. Kindly drop us an email at contact@plainsupplies within 3 working days from the day you receive your order. Please note that we do not handle exchanges. Therefore store credits (in the form of a discount code) will be issued for your returned item(s). You can then use the store credits to repurchase any item from the store. Store credits will only be issued after we have received the returned item in original condition, unworn, undamaged with original packaging.
