    • Simply use a dry piece of cloth to wipe off any debris and dust. 
    • Use a wet piece of cloth to clean away stubborn stains – Wipe down with a dry piece of cloth thereafter. 
    • We do not recommend user to take the watch into the pool, shower, hot tub or sauna. 
    • Ensure that crown is fully engaged at all times before making contact with any water.

    All jewellery will tarnish (oxidisation) over time, but it will happen much faster when it comes into contact with external agents – Perfume, cream, etc.

    We recommend the following steps to prolong the shine and to prevent tarnish (oxidisation) 

    •  Avoid excessive friction
    •  Avoid all Chemicals Contact
    • Avoid Abrasive Contact to prevent scratches
    • Remove all your jewelry before bathing, sleeping or swimming
    • Cleaning the surface soon once it contact with the organic liquid(like juice,soup)
    • Sealed storage after cleaning

    PLAIN SUPPLIES products subject to a strict standard. Marks or irregularities in our leather can appear as these are naturally occurring features and should not be thought of as imperfections.

    - Avoid contact with water, grease, perfumes, make up products and light coloured garments
    - If the leather item should come into contact with water, please use a cloth and a dab motion to clean away.
    -Avoid contact with any commercial liquids meant for other use.
    -Avoid contact with any abrasive objects.

    Watches

    For all watches purchased on www.plainsupplies.com –
    No warranty card will be issued. Simply provide your email address/Order# upon enquiry. 

    For all watches purchased from PLAIN SUPPLIES offline pop-up store –
    Kindly retain and produce valid warranty card issued upon purchase. 

    For all watches purchased from PLAIN SUPPLIES Partners –
    No warranty card will be issued. Kindly retain purchase receipt as a form of warranty. 

    WARRANTY INFORMATION

    PLAIN SUPPLIES warrants all watches of defects in materials and workmanship (except the battery cell, case and its components – {including crystal, stem, crown}, bracelet/strap and its components {claps, links, pins, screws}) for a period of one (1) year after original purchase from PLAIN SUPPLIES directly, or an authorised PLAIN SUPPLIES retailer.  

    If the materials in your watch aren't the original or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. We do not cover normal wear and tear or batteries*, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss or theft.

    During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired by using PLAIN SUPPLIES replacement parts. To obtain these warranty services, please take or send the issue of the product, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, to warranty@plainsupplies.com for verification.

    There will be no parts or labor charge to you for valid warranty services. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended the product be securely packaged and is insured.

    What the warranty does NOT cover

    The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

    (1) The problem is caused by damage – accidental or otherwise, rough or careless treatment while in the possession of a consumer that is not resulted by a defect in material or workmanship. 

    (2) The damage is caused by an accident, misuse, or failure to follow the proper handling provisions. 

    (3) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear & tear or accident.

    (4) The damage caused by moisture in 'water resistant' models that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.

    (5)  Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the watch by anyone other than PLAIN SUPPLIES.

    (6) The proof of purchase is not presented/verified or when the warranty period has expired.
