Return & Exchange Policy
Returns for Online Purchases
If you wish to return your order, you may return eligible PLAIN SUPPLIES items within 7 days of receiving the order for store credits, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original PLAIN SUPPLIES packaging.
Please note that items sold at a discount or marked-down products are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return by mail/courier for an online purchase, kindly contact us at email@example.com. Provide your order number or proof of purchase, and we'll be happy to assist you.
**Kindly note that all postage fees and costs of packing will be borne by customers. We will not be liable in cases of lost mail for returns.
Exchanges for Online Purchases
Direct exchanges for items purchased online are not accepted. To request an exchange via mail/courier for an online purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your order number or proof of purchase, and we'll guide you through the process.
Exchanges for Purchases at the PLAIN SUPPLIES Lab
Items purchased at our store may be exchanged at our store within 7 days from the date of purchase with a proof of purchase (such as the physical / e-receipt). Exchanges are considered final, and items exchanged in-store cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Condition of Item(s):
To be eligible for any return/ exchange, the item(s) must be in its original purchase condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, unmarked, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Cash refunds are not provided for orders in the form of cash or through the original payment method.
