Watch Warranty Information

PLAIN SUPPLIES warrants all watches of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after original purchase from PLAIN SUPPLIES directly, or an authorised PLAIN SUPPLIES retailer.

During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired by using PLAIN SUPPLIES replacement parts. To obtain these warranty services, please take or send the issue of the product, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, to warranty@plainsupplies.com for verification. There will be no parts or labor charge for valid warranty services.

With the possibility of damage or loss during the return, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product is securely packaged and insured.

If the materials in your watch aren't the original or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our discretion. We do not cover normal wear and tear or batteries*, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss or theft.

The warranty does NOT cover:

The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

  1. Damage caused by accident, careless treatment or otherwise caused by misuse and/or failure to follow the proper handling provisions, while in the possession of a consumer, which are not resulted by a defect in material or workmanship.
  2. Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear & tear or accident.
  3. The damage caused by moisture in 'water resistant' models that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.
  4. Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the watch by anyone other than PLAIN SUPPLIES.
  5. The proof of purchase is not presented/verified or when the warranty period has expired.

Wallet Warranty Information

PLAIN SUPPLIES warrants all wallets of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after original purchase from PLAIN SUPPLIES directly, or an authorised PLAIN SUPPLIES retailer. 

Due to the natural surface of leather, minor irregularities and marks may be visible and should not be viewed as defects.

During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired by using PLAIN SUPPLIES replacement parts. To obtain these warranty services, please take or send the issue of the product, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, to warranty@plainsupplies.com for verification.
