Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world – We offer FREE International Shipping for selected countries! Visit our Shipping and Delivery page for more info!

How do I adjust my watch strap?

Can I get my product personalised?

We offer Blind Debossing personalisation service for all Leather Watches & Wallets! For more information, kindly refer to the individual product listings for personalisation.

What is the size of my watch strap?

The strap size for all PLAIN SUPPLIES watches are as follows: 

• Conc 33 Collection, M90 33 — 14mm Straps
• Signatur 34 Collection — 16mm Straps

• Signatur 38 Collection, M90 39, TEW II Rose Gold — 18mm Straps

• TEW II Gunmetal, Signatur 38 Collection — 20mm Straps

What are the materials used in your product?

Return & Exchange

I have received the wrong product/size - what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that you have received a wrong order. Kindly drop us an e-mail at contact@plainsupplies.com and our team will provide you with further instructions, as well as a return label.

What is your return policy?

PLAIN SUPPLIES Return Policy is subjected to merchandises purchased on our website — www.plainsupplies.com. Any PLAIN SUPPLIES merchandises purchased through third parties or our stockists are not covered under this Return Policy.

If you wish to return your order,  you may return eligible PLAIN SUPPLIES items within 7 days of receiving the order for store credits, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original PLAIN SUPPLIES packaging.  

Kindly note that we are not able to offer returns on items sold at a discount and/or marked-down products.

**All postage fees and costs of packing will be borne by customers. We will not be liable in cases of lost mail for returns.

Can I exchange for my order for another product?

PLAIN SUPPLIES Exchange Policy is subjected to merchandises purchased on our website —www.plainsupplies.com


If you wish to exchange your order, you may wish to reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item will need to be returned to us in its unused and original condition, including all original PLAIN SUPPLIES packaging.

What currency can I pay in?

We offer multi-currency display on our site for your convenience. Depending on the country. We also accept payments in multiple currencies, the prices are automatically converted based on the foreign exchange rate provided.

All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and at the checkout pages.

We currently accept payment currencies in: 

Singapore Dollar (default), Australian Dollar, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Malaysian Ringgit, New Taiwan Dollar, Thai Baht, US Dollar.

Will I be charged for taxes and import duty for my order?

The order & shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties.


All international orders may be subjected to custom and/or import duties, handling fees, VAT and/or Taxes through customs upon arrival into your country. The fees imposed are solely determined by the customs agency within the destination country, PLAIN SUPPLIES have no control over such situations and cannot predict what they may be.

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards through a secure checkout. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay. We've also partnered with Atome Singapore to offer a Instalment payment option for all local orders.

Do you have any physical stores / stockists?

We have opened our first brick-and-mortar store at Funan Mall, Singapore. More about the PLAIN SUPPLIES Concept Store here. [Temporarily Closed]

I would like to change my battery. What should I do?

You may wish to visit any watch shops that's accessible to you, to have your PLAIN SUPPLIES watch battery changed.
