Thank you for choosing our collection of eyewear! To ensure that your sunglasses provide you with long-lasting protection and style, please follow these care guidelines. Additionally, we are proud to offer you a 1-year warranty on your sunglasses.

Sunglasses Care Tips:

  • Cleaning: Use a microfiber cleaning cloth or a lens cleaning solution to gently remove smudges, fingerprints, and dust from your lenses. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the lenses.
  • Storage: When not in use, store your sunglasses in a protective case to prevent scratches and damage. Ensure that the lenses are facing upward to avoid potential pressure on them.
  • Handling: Always handle your sunglasses with clean hands. Avoid touching the lenses with your fingers, as natural oils and dirt can transfer to the lenses.
  • Water and Chemicals: Avoid exposing your sunglasses to harsh chemicals, saltwater, or chlorinated water, as they can damage the lens coatings and frame materials.
  • Temperature: Extreme temperatures can affect the frame's integrity and lens coatings. Avoid leaving your sunglasses in a hot car or exposing them to extreme cold for prolonged periods.

1 Year Warranty Details:

We stand behind the quality of our sunglasses. Your PLAIN SUPPLIES eyewear products are backed by a comprehensive warranty lasting for 1-year from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. To avail of the warranty, you will need to provide proof of purchase from an Authorised PLAIN SUPPLIES Dealer, clearly indicating the purchase date. If your sunglasses experience any issues due to these factors within the warranty period, we will repair or replace them at our discretion.

Manufacturer’s defects include non-functioning hinges and mounts and missing frame decals.

Normal wear and tear on sunglasses includes scratches on the lenses and bent frames. Of course, these are only considered typical damages from normal use if they occur while they’re in your possession.

Examples Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches or pit marks on sun lenses.
  • Damages resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, shocks, improper usage, or inadequate storage of the product.
  • Damages caused by exposure to chemicals like hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc.
