Returns for Online Purchases

If you wish to return your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving them for store credits, provided that:

  • The items are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original PLAIN SUPPLIES packaging is included.

Items purchased on discount or during sale periods are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@plainsupplies.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
Our team will guide you through the process.

Kindly note: all postage fees and packaging costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
PLAIN SUPPLIES will not be liable for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.


Exchanges for Online Purchases

We do not offer direct one-to-one exchanges for online purchases.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact contact@plainsupplies.com with your order number or proof of purchase, and we’ll guide you on how to return your item and repurchase the preferred product.

Personalised items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in:

  • Original purchase condition — unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and unused

  • Original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for store credits.


Cash Refunds
